We should aim to get that marketing piece moving - KnocKnoc is used to provide regular ad hoc notes to your entire customer base,  (different message for each particular set of tools)  you just need to download out of sales force - do you need help to do this?

I can get you help. This is much more from you personally than ***** HQ -  it will get rid of any bounces as well. All you need to do is take out the contacts in accounts that are in your pipeline.

Yes it goes to all contacts but it's a soft touch thing -  a personal thing from you to them outside of normal marketing every 6-8 weeks.

Yes, I do need help with that, but only want to send to specific users...I don't want our clients to be getting any spam mail.

So does this email go out to all the contacts in that account?

All I need now is a CSV list (excel) of all of your contacts & the message you wish to send to them.

I can set it up later today no problem.

KnocKnoc is way more colloquial  -  it's a regular non stuffy outreach to all of the contacts in Salesforce. Could be anything that is newsworthy. Not special offers every time -  could just be informational, acquisitions, new versions, white papers etc. Appears to be personalised from you.

You and other busy sales guys is why KnocKnoc came to be. It is direct from you on your work e-mail  and all replies come directly to you on your work e-mail  - so that clears up that point.

Not sure how to differentiate from my product A clients and product B clients and the email is not relevant at all to the product A clients. I also don't know how to get list.

I made an offer to every product A client on our database at the end of last year and there was not a single response, let alone a purchase

Half my clients ignore emails that are direct and relevant to them (I rarely speak to them unless they want something from me) , so reaching out doesn't really get me excited... it just means more admin and I'm snowed under as it is.

The reason that half won't be answering is probably because they are not there anymore - another reason for KnocKnoc which cleans your CRM thereby making all main marketing initiatives by HQ more effective in terms of correct targeting and response.

All the work is done by KnocKnoc - all you have to do is know how to provide a CSV file of Salesforce which takes around 5 minutes. KnocKnoc gets a very high open rate (30% plus) due to the fact that it is being sent to a clean base and directly from the client. There is data to support that reaching out in a "soft touch" helpful manner increases client trust. KnocKnoc does all the work, once you have learned to use your CRM, you get all the upside and ***** is not wasting its marketing dollars on an incorrect base.

Spend 10 minutes on the phone with the KnocKnoc team to discuss the message. The rest is done for you. The data you will get back is interesting. You end up with a nice shiny clean CRM and also a list of phone calls to make to find the new contact where there has been a bounce (if you chose to do so).
